FLOOR PLAN CUSTOMIZATIONS/LATE CHANGES
Pine Meadows Staff will offer you floor plan options for your guest count for you to choose from – the initial set up of this floor plan is included. However, last minute changes to this floor plan or customized floor plans will be an addiontal cost.

REHEARSAL DINNER & VENDOR SET UP OPTION
Available to be booked with you 45 days out, 5 hours at the venue the day before your wedding. This gives you the option to have a rehearsal dinner, have a welcome period with your guests, and offers the option for your vendors to set up. Limited availability. This can only be booked 45 day out. IF you are wanting to secure your additional date for a rehearsal dinner or more, we have a two-day rental available at time of booking.
STRUNG LIGHTS AND/OR DRAPERY
We hang dazzling string lights, elegant white drapery, or both across the mezzanine in the Event Hall.
FIRE PIT + S’MORES
We provide 1 attendant, light the fire, maintain it, and clean up afterwards. The fire will be maintained for a maximum of 3 hours. S’mores (individually wrapped) included upon request for to 50 guests.
FIRE PIT
We will light and maintain the fire in the fire pit for a maximum of 3 hours.
FIREWORKS PACKAGES
2 minute, 5 minute, and 8 minute packages available.
CARRIAGE RIDES
Bride & Groom taken to & from the ceremony, plus stopping for pictures. Additional rides are available.
HAY RIDES
GOLF CART TRANSPORTATION
Driven by a Pine Meadows Venue staff member.
CAKE CUTTER
Hire an experienced Pine Meadows Team Member to cut and plate your cake.
BUSSER/SERVER
A Pine Meadows team member that can be hired to bus tables and keep the reception and food area tidy during your reception period. (2 hour minimum).
Notice:
There is a 5.992% sales tax in addition to the venue rental fee.
Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour (if prices change).
Bar & Drink Services
Pine Meadows Venue offers non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink services to all our booked guests. We do require that our guests purchase our non-alcoholic drink services with the only exception being if their licensed and insured caterer is providing non-alcoholic drinks.
We exclusively offer alcoholic drink services through our in-house service should our guests choose to use the optional alcoholic beverage service.
We serve all our drinks, alcoholic and non (not including beer served in glass bottles), in plasticware, but glassware is available to our guests at an up charge.
Drink packages are priced by total guest count in the increments below.

Decor Services by Devine Design Decor
Mandy of Devine Design Decor, our in-house decorator, will design your wedding or event decor for a decoration fee that is in addition to your wedding package price. She will meet with you to discuss your decor dreams and than take it from there helping to take some stress off your special day. Personalized signs can also be purchased through Devine Design Decor.
Use of fresh flowers, lights, drapery, and more available upon request and at an additional charge.
Accommodations
The Manor at Pine Meadows Venue is available for rental. Enjoy a quiet country setting while relaxing on the front porch. The spacious kitchen & dinning area accommodates groups & large families including up to 24 people. There is plenty of seating & a cinema projector with surround sound in the living room. Sip a cup of coffee from the sitting room and catch a glimpse of the surrounding farm land.
