What's Included:
- Access to the Event Hall, Suites, & grounds beginning at 10am and ending at midnight on Friday-Saturday or 11pm on Sunday-Thursday.
- Tables & chairs are included as well as the initial setup and take down after the wedding.
- Access to our Decor closet which is stocked with numerous decor options.
- Stocked mini fridges (water and soda) in Bridal Suite & Groom’s Lounge.
- Access to the pondside Dock and Outdoor Wedding Chapel for a picturesque outdoor wedding location.
- You’ll have countless photo locations with your access to the spacious grounds surrounding the Event Hall!

The Event Hall
With enormous barn doors, a grand staircase, and an elevated mezzanine all adorned in shades of white wash and rustic wood The Event Hall combines the quaint country with majesty and modern chic.
Rental of the Event Hall which has a comfortable capacity of 250 people
with upstairs and downstairs seating with a dance floor. The Event Hall has 4 handicap accessible bathrooms on ground level including 2 complete with changing tables. -
The Suites
The Bridal Suite is spacious yet cozy, and includes six bridesmaids' vanities, a private bathroom, mini fridge, a bridal vanity, and a large three way mirror.
The Groom’s Lounge is a rustic mancave that includes a full bathroom, seating, a fridge, a dart board, and a TV.

At time of booking, we require a signed contract and a retainer fee of 33% of the venue rental.
The remainder is due 30 days before the wedding. -
Yes! The building is ADA approved. However, the mezzanine is not accessible to those in a
wheelchair. -
Of course! We love when pets participate in the ceremonies. They are allowed on Pine Meadows
grounds supervised and inside the Event Hall. -
Rehearsal periods or rehearsal dinners are not included in your package. Additional time at the
venue for a rehearsal dinner can be purchased 45 days out from your date. Or, if you’re interested
in a two-day rental, we do those too! Otherwise, you will not be able to have your rehearsal at
the venue.
